Prestatyn weather

During 2013 a number of our Artisan Events were cancelled due to forecasted bad weather in the Prestatyn area. Sometimes the conditions looked fine to the casual observer, but we have to manage the risk of injury or damage to the public and ourselves. Our worse enemy is the wind due to us utilizing temporary structures to carry out our activities followed closely by rain. One of the tools we find useful in helping us make decisions is Accuweather so we have teamed up with them to provide this report for our locality. One thing to consider is that an onshore wind is a Northerly to Northwesterly and that generally wind in that direction blows up the high street, we also notice that the conditions do change with the tide state.
